Ha ha … I hope that doesn’t happen to me this year. Anyways, did you make any New Year resolutions? For me, I’d like to study and apply the concept of Kaizen to my daily life. It’s like a business “divide and conquer” approach … something like taking small, positive steps toward achieving a certain goal. And the neat thing is that you can apply it your your daily life. There’s more to it, but it may help as a tool for you when you’re combating pain. If you’re interested, Google it and you’ll find a ton of useful info on it.
