A few days ago, I started experiencing wrist pain on my right hand. It was probably the way I slept, and more specifically, sleeping on my right wrist. Or maybe the way I landed when doing my daily exercises. Burpees or pushups. Not sure how I got the wrist pain, and it is a first in a long time now. Anyways, I did go on the offensive and started to perform a few stretches on both my wrists and massaged some Natural Pain Cream from The FEELGOOD lab on the painful area. And today I can attest that the wrist pain on my right hand has subsided big time. I used some of the stretches discussed on the Bob & Brad YouTube video, and who are both physical therapists, so you know they know what they are talking about.

The YouTube video titled Pain Relief For Wrist, Hand & Fingers, 7 Exercises/Treatments from Bob & Brad contained useful stretches for me to do. I did not do all 7 of the exercises or treatments discussed, however, I did the 4 stretches taught by Brad Heineck. The stretches were effective in relieving the pain in my right wrist. Here is what I did from the video:
- Fan to Fist and position wrists downward (with a twist for emphasis) – 10 reps
- Moving Prayer Stretch – 10 reps
- Wrist Circles – 10 reps, do both directions
- Wrist Pulls – 10 reps
I will continue to perform the stretches while applying some Natural Pain Cream on the target area for a few more days until my right wrist pain is no more. The YouTube video also mentioned the use of far infrared light as a possible treatment to relieve the wrist pain. If you are interested, there are links to both products on my web page. I also found this article, 5 stretches to help relieve wrist pain, which I have incorporated to further help with relieving my right wrist pain.
