VacuPractor: Receive Lower Back Pain Relief The Easy Way

VacuPractor Pain Relief

What Is VacuPractor?

Hmmm … another vacuum cleaner called VacuPractor?  Well, no.  It’s a chiropractor recommended FDA-registered Class I orthopedic device.  And in layman’s term, a pretty darn good device to help provide relief for your lower back pain.  The founder of this device was a lifelong sufferer of chronic back pain, and it was his idea of using vacuum pressure to promote lumbar pain relief that resulted in the birth of VacuPractor.  Just knowing that this device was the brainchild of a former back pain sufferer, and a chronic one at that, really puts a stamp of authenticity and validity to the device called VacuPractor.  By the way, this device, which promotes lower back pain stretches, is trademarked and patented.

How Does VacuPractor Work?

The VacuPractor relies on vacuum pressure (i.e., suction) and leverage to widen the clearances between the vertebrae in the lumbar region, as well as stretch muscles which are shortened or in spasm, while relaxing the back.  And this is done all without medication.  Note, the lumbar vertebrae are “bony segments” that make up the lower portion of the spinal column , and normally consists of 5 segments.  This lumbar region is considered the lower back, and thus, the Vacupractor is designed to provide lumbar pain relief.

The VacuPractor uses an outward pull on the lower curvature of the back, using suction pressure in the most effective way to pull out the “over-inward” curve of the lower spine.  This “over-inward” curvature of the lower spine is a condition called hyperlordosis.  The lengthening pressure generated by this chiropractor recommended traction device stretches tired strained muscles and relieves pressure on the discs and nerves, resulting in a relaxed back all without the use of medication. This tandem process of working on the hyperlordosis condition and performing back pain stretches appears to be effective in providing lumbar pain relief.

Bottom line, the Vacupractor relieves back pain by gently lengthening the spine and stretching the surrounding muscles behind the spine.  This natural process is the method to relax muscles in spasm and relieve lower back pain. Think of it as a device that gently puts you through a series of lower back pain stretches for pain relief. You could even call it a lower back traction device.

How To Use The Vacupractor

Place the VacuPractor on the floor and wet it with a spray bottle or damp cloth

  • Make sure lower part of your back is bare

  • Then lie down on the VacuPractor aligning the painful area of the lower back with the widest part of the VacuPractor

  • A pocket of air will be formed between the curve of the spine and VacuPractor

  • Slowly raise both knees to chest and hold for a few seconds to flush-out the trapped air

  • At this point, suction (i.e., the vacuum) is being established

  • While knees still bent, slowly lower both feet to the floor while keeping the suction in place

  • The vacuum formed pulls straight down on the curve of the lower back

  • After a few seconds, straighten the legs flat on the floor without losing the suction

  • This will stretch the spine and relieve pressure on the discs

  • Then relax for 5 to 15 minutes on the VacuPractor, feeling the comfortable vacuum pressure minimize your lower back pain

  • Use the Vacupractor once or twice a day for a 5 to 15 minute session
