5 Signs You Might Suffer From Inflammation

On the recent blog post on this site, we touched upon inflammation, which ironically is our body’s response to protect us from pain and start the healing process. But if inflammation goes out of control, then it has a knack of blocking the healing process, making pain relief even harder to achieve. So what are the signs you may have inflammation?

Are you experiencing one or more of these?

  • Loss of energy
  • Difficulty losing fat
  • Frequent feelings of irritability
  • Sudden, unexplained allergies, such as nasal congestion
  • Feeling stiff, when getting up in the morning or from a sitting position

If so, then you may suffer from inflammation … even chronic inflammation. And how can we extinguish this “fire” in our bodies? For starters, enjoy sipping and/or munching on these goodies:

In addition to being loaded with antioxidants, which are good for your health, they’re super at fighting inflammation due to their powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
