Hi all. It has been a while. I hope all of you are doing well in 2023. I have been taking stock of this website and will make some changes going forward. I do not know when, however, changes are coming. I hope the changes will be beneficial for all of you.
I do not know if you are still in the workforce or are retired, however, I find that following a good morning routine helps in starting off the day on the right foot.
A good morning routine to help ease back pain may include gentle stretching, such as hamstring stretches and lying down knee-to-chest stretches, light aerobic exercise, such as walking or cycling, and core strengthening exercises, such as planks or bridges. It is also important to maintain good posture and use proper body mechanics throughout the day, and to take breaks and stretch periodically if sitting for extended periods.
Please note, I am not a medical profession, so this is not medical advice. I just want to share info on what I do or would do.
And it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
You can also do the following, too, for a good healthy morning routine:
- Wake up at a consistent time each day to establish a regular sleep schedule.
- Hydrate your body by drinking water or tea to replenish fluids lost during sleep.
- Make your bed while doing some stretches before you start your day.
- Practice mindfulness, such as meditation or breathing exercises, to reduce stress and promote mental clarity.
- Eat a nutritious breakfast to fuel the body and stabilize blood sugar levels.
- Plan the day ahead to prioritize tasks and reduce decision fatigue.
It is important to note that a good healthy morning routine may differ from person to person, and should be based on individual preferences, needs, and schedules.
To Your Success & Freedom,
