Is it true that individuals with back pain are poorer than those that don’t have it? Well, that’s a bit of a stretch as you need to take into consideration other factors. However, it is known that individuals suffering from back pain spend in the neighborhood of $3000+ more on medical expenses as compared to those that don’t have back pain. And, ironically, all that money spent does not appear to slow the onslaught of the growing number of individuals suffering from back pain.
